Overview

Super.com is an all-in-one financial app that helps people save, earn, and build credit. I worked on Super+, a premium membership offering a credit card and exclusive benefits. I designed a new earn-incentive onboarding experience and a free trial flow to enhance user value and drive key business metrics.

As a product design intern, I created end-to-end user flows, designed hi-fi prototypes, ran usability testing, and worked within a design system. I also collaborated cross-functionally with stakeholders, external partners, and adjacent design teams to ensure alignment with ongoing initiatives.

Approach

Validating design decisions with data from usability testing, funnel chart analysis, and session recordings helped target friction in the user journey.

02   Build Trust

Designing with intentional context and transparency at key moments empowered users to feel informed and confident throughout onboarding.

03   Scalable Solutions

Creating scalable design solutions that adapt to different use cases ensured a seamless experience across the product, driving long-term engagement and value.

The key business goals driving this project were to improve metrics for user engagement, acquire more Super+ members, and incentivize users to redeem their earnings from the app. The onboarding and free trial experience set the foundation for user retention.
